What is a Recovery Coach?
A recovery coach helps individuals navigate their recovery from addiction or other challenges by providing guidance, support, and encouragement.
They act as mentors, offering practical assistance and accountability to help individuals achieve and maintain sobriety or overall well-being.
Coaches focus on action-oriented solutions, emphasizing personal growth and goal setting.
Having a coach will help you reduce your chances of relapse by providing healthy accountability.

How do I know if Recovery Coaching is for me?
You can benefit from coaching no matter what stage of recovery you are in. Whether you have been through several treatment programs or this is your first time reaching out for help, coaching can help you right where you are.
Coaching is personalized to your specific needs and level of support. You can start anytime in your journey of sobriety. It is a non-clinical resource for those who are ready to grow, be challenged and move towards healing.
If you have struggled to stay on task with your personal goals, then coaching is for you. If you are ready to take the next step towards restoring broken relationships, then coaching is for you.
If you need more encouragement to chart a path to become who you were created to be, then coaching is for you!
What to expect from a coaching session.
Coaching sessions are virtual meetings that last about 50 minutes. Each session is interactive and tailored to your level of support.
Your coach highly values establishing trust and creating a confidential, judgement-fee environment.
Coaching sessions will focus on accomplishing task + goals, developing competence towards self-improvement, and integrating new ways of coping.
If after the first session you are not satisfied with the support you are receiving, you can receive a full refund.
